Inverness drug-dealing den for cocaine and heroin discovered after noise complaint
Police who went to an Inverness property following a noise complaint discovered a drug-dealing den instead.
Inverness Sheriff Court was told that 33-year-old Karlina Paliwoda invited the officers into her Benula Road home when they came to the door on the night of February 2, 2022.
But she had left wraps of cocaine and heroin in full view in two tins on a table, fiscal depute Susan Love told Sheriff Gary Aitken.
"Her and her partner were detained, the substances seized and a search warrant was obtained for the house," Ms Love said.

She added that her partner denied any involvement in the drugs, saying: "I don't do that s***."
Paliwoda told officers that she was dealing to boost her income and the drugs could make her £800-a-day.
In total, the Class A narcotics were worth £950 if sold in street deals. There were 21 wraps of heroin, each weighing an average of 0.44 grams and 25 wraps of cocaine, weighing an average of 0.16 grams.
Paliwoda admitted two charges of being concerned in the supply of drugs and sentence was deferred until November 5 for a background report.
