Police are appealing for witnesses after a dog was killed by a car on the A82.

Officers said it was struck near to the petrol station in Fort Augustus on Sunday, June 9 at around 11.15am.

“We would encourage anybody who witnessed the incident to get in touch, especially if you live nearby and have CCTV. If you were driving past the incident and have dash-cam footage, we would be especially keen to speak to you.”
