An Inverness organisation has highlighted how it gave the star of Hollywood blockbusters her big break.
TFX Performing Arts Academy posted a photo on Facebook of Karen Gillan, who is originally from the Highland capital, from her first ever show – TFX's production of Seasons of Love on stage at the Eden Court Theatre and Cinema.
The post read: "Do you recognise this superstar? Not only is Karen Gillan an uber talented actress – she's an amazing singer as well."
The organisation is inviting aspiring performers to send in their own audition tapes with 10 days left until the deadline.
