Highland Council plan for potholes; Nairn roadworks woes and mobile phone use in schools
A96 roadworks a waste of time?
How many hours have been wasted by the roadworks at Delnies on the A96?
If, as the saying goes, time is money, then a fortune must have been lost by those sitting in a queue.
Given that the houses will probably never be built it seems a waste of effort. Yet again big business stamps on the rest of us.
How many more roundabouts can the area sustain?
