Clothing worth £2k stolen from running shop in Inverness

Police are appealing for information after sports clothing worth £2000 was stolen from a running shop in Inverness this morning.

Run4It in Huntly Street was broken into at around 4.15am.

Items taken included a Gore men's running jacket, an Infinity Fortify blue jacket and a Nike women's mid-layer top.

Detective Sergeant Greig Fraser said: "We're appealing to anyone who has any information about this incident or perhaps has been offered running clothes for sale in unusual circumstances to contact us."

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0706 of July 4 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
