Clachnacuddin's wait for a first outing of 2022 continues after postponement of tomorrow’s match at home to Lossiemouth.

The Highland Football League announced this morning that the game was off due to the impact of Covid-19 on player numbers.

The Merkinch club’s last match was on December 18 when they lost 3-2 at home to Wick Academy.

That proved their sole outing in December, with games away to Forres Mechanics, Huntly and Strathspey Thistle also called off throughout the month.

The Lilywhites, 12th in the table with 19 points from 19 games, are next scheduled to face Turriff United away on Saturday January 15.
