POLICE were in attendance of a traffic collision near the Kessock Bridge earlier this morning.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed that they were called out at 8.25am to assist a car crash involving two vehicles on Stadium Road in Inverness, with no injuries reported.

The accident took place on the northbound lane heading towards the Kessock Bridge.

A yellow weather warning for snow and ice on the streets in the area, which may cause travel disruption during Monday night and Tuesday morning.
