LONE workers and self-isolators can still enjoy a chat and a get-together, thanks to Impact Hub Inverness.

Scotland’s first member of the global Impact Hub network, its Castle Street office brings together sole workers and encourages social entrepreneurship.

It is still offering the service during the ongoing lockdown, but online, so people can still come together without leaving their own home.

Every weekday from 10.30am to 11am, it is hosting a virtual coffee morning.

Issuing an open invitation Impact Hub Inverness said: “These meetings are for anyone to join and were set up to stop people from feeling isolated and lonely.

“If you are working from home or alone or self-isolating or just in need of some company then please join us for a virtual chat.”

Impact Hub, including its Just Enterprise business support team, will also continue to be available at other times for advice, support or a sympathetic ear.

And to help everyone through isolation, its Facebook page is hosting a Stay-at-home Secrets Series every Thursday looking for recommendations on stay-at-home activities.
