BREAKING: Part of Inverness city centre closed off as emergency services attend incident

Police and firefighters are attending an incident at Market Brae Steps in Inverness.

Two fire engines and two police vehicles were at the scene at 7pm today.

Both Market Brae Steps and part of the High Street, near Cafe Nero, have been cordoned off by police.

The nature of the incident is unclear at the moment.

Police have been contacted for comment.
