Royal Hotel in Cromarty closed after staff member tests positive for Covid

A BLACK Isle hotel has closed until further with immediate effect after a Covid alert.

The Royal Hotel in Cromarty shared the news on its Facebook page.

It said: "Closed with immediate effect.

"Sorry folks but we’ve just had a staff member test positive for Covid so we will be closed until further notice.

"Apologies for inconvenience."

It is amongst many hotels, restaurants and cafes which have been affected by Covid and then followed appropriate guidelines.
