It was a successful year for the club, which saw club members and teams taking home some important results.

Among the headline prize winners on the evening were Gents Club Champion Malcolm Macleman and Ladies Club Champion Carinne Taylor.

The event, coordinated by Club Captain Joanna Macdonald, was hailed as a great success.

Golf and membership manager, Kiefer Brown, said: "2024 has been another great season for our members, with some notable successes locally and further afield.

“Our ladies won the Moray & Nairn League's Silver Salver and our Gents got their hands on the Northern Counties Cup for the first time since 2019.

“In July, member Calum Scott won the silver medal at The Open Championship, held at Royal Troon - finishing as the top amateur in a star studded field.

“Our 2024 Prize Giving Dinner & Ceilidh allowed us to celebrate the successes closer to home - awarding the trophies our members compete for throughout the year.

“The event - which is a key fixture in our calendar - certainly did not disappoint and provided a fitting end to a fantastic 2024 golfing season. Here's to an exciting 2025!"
