Another four cases of coronavirus diagnosed in the NHS Highland area

There have been a further four confirmed diagnoses of coronavirus in the NHS Highland area in the past 24 hours, new figures have shown.

It means the tally for the NHS Highland area since the start of the pandemic has increased to 481.

Some 221 people have tested positive across Scotland in the last 24 hours, taking the national total to 22,435.

There have been no more reported deaths of people who have tested positive.

Elsewhere in the north, NHS Grampian had five new recorded cases in the past day, taking its tally to 2003.
