Inverness Airport hotel gets new manager

A GENERAL manager has been appointed to a new hotel due to open at Inverness Airport later this year.

Ina Davies, who has more than 25 years’ hospitality experience, will take responsibility for the 130-bedroom Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport.

She has previously been general manager at Holiday Inn Express Inverness as well as leading at the city’s Pentahotel and the Golf View Hotel and Spa in Nairn.

Most recently she was in charge of the food and beverage team at Inverness College UHI.

She said: “I look forward to welcoming guests when we finally open our doors later this year, and to offering them nothing less than first-class service and an exceptional experience, with all of the warmth and hospitality that Inverness is renowned for.

“I’m thrilled to have been appointed to the role of general manager on what will be an exciting addition to the Inverness hotel scene.”
