Inverness pub trip ends in extra expense after abuse of door staff

Door staff at an Inverness pub were abused by a potential customer after he was refused entry to the premises because he was drunk.

Thomas Troup (46), of Lochiel Road, Inverness appeared before Sheriff Sara Matheson and admitted threatening and abusive behaviour outside the Market Bar, in Church Street, on July 7 last year.
