A PROJECT manager who works between Inverness and Aberdeen has avoided a driving ban.

Scott Bulloch (47), of Culduthel Road, Inverness had just separated from his wife and defence solicitor John MacColl said his client was not thinking “particularly clearly” when driving in excess of 100mph in the 70mph zone on the A9 near Daviot on June 17 last year. When charged, he told police: “Caught fair and square, no excuse.”

Bulloch admitted driving without due care and attention and was fined £520. He also had nine penalty points endorsed on his licence.
