14-year-old charged after Ardersier ‘serious assault’
A 14-year-old male youth has been arrested and charged in connection with a serious assault in Ardersier.
The incident happened around 8.10pm on Friday, September 27 on the High Street.
A 62-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
The 14-year-old male will be reported to the Youth Justice Management Department.

Enquiries remain ongoing to trace others involved.
Detective Sergeant Duncan Jones said: “Our enquiries remain ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this to contact us.
“We also ask anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time to come forward.”
