A new episode of the Active Outdoors podcast is out now, featuring an interview with former Cairngorms National Park chief executive Duncan Bryden, who talks about a community venture in Tomatin, including a new access map showing some great walking and cycling routes in the area.

John Davidson is also enjoying the atmosphere at the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon and Festival of Running which took place earlier this month.
