A new episode of the Active Outdoors podcast is now available. The second show includes an interview with Grant Moir, the chief executive of the Cairngorms National Park Authority, who is in discussion with host John Davidson about visitor pressures as lockdown is released.

John, who is the content and commercial editor for Highland News & Media, is also out on the water as part of a sea kayaking trip from Cromarty, taking in McFarquhar's Cave and the North and South Sutors.
