LOW - Peacefully, at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, on 3rd May, 2022, Graham McIntosh Low, CA, CIPFA, aged 85 years, North Kessock (former Department of Finance, Highland Regional Council). Beloved husband of Isabel and much loved dad of Murray and Lesley. A celebration of Graham's life will be held on Monday, 16th May, 2022, at 2pm, in Inverness Crematorium. All welcome to attend.
