LEITH - Rita Anne (nee Sharpe) passed away on 28th March, 2020, at peace in her own home at Victoria Drive, Inverness, on a beautiful spring day with her cherished family present. Loving daughter of the late Ted and Nan Sharpe, much loved wife of the late Bill and dear sister of Ed and the late Stan. Rita was a loving and much loved mother to Anne, Derek and Lynda and adored granny to Ross, Cameron and Neavan. She was also a loved mother-in-law, sister-in-law and aunt. A great friend and neighbour to many, Rita will be sadly missed and remembered fondly by all whose lives she touched. However, at 87, Rita felt that she had lived a long and happy life and that it was her time to pass. Due to current circumstances attendance at her funeral will be limited to very close family only. Those who would have liked to have been with us are invited to have some silent reflection and perhaps say a little prayer for Rita in their own time. A celebration of her life will be held when we are able. Donations in memory of Rita may be given directly to Marie Curie.
