SUTHERLAND - Helen, Angela, Cheryl, Beverley and Lynne would sincerely like to thank all friends, relatives and neighbours for their cards, flowers, baking, kind telephone messages and donations to Marie Curie following the sad death of a much loved husband and dad. Our sincere thanks also go to Doctor Simpson, Doctor Puente Henales and staff at Dunedin Medical practice. Marie Curie nurse Carla Robertson and Liam for all the care and compassion they showed to Alistair, to Glynis Woodhead for her kind and thoughtful words at the funeral service and to George Chisholm and staff for the care and attention shown at this sad time.
