HENTON - Catherine, William, John, Cameron and families wish to thank everyone following the sudden, sad bereavement of Mary Ann. The sheer amount of cards, flowers, calls and social media messages has completely overwhelmed us and all the love and stories received about Mary Ann have been of great comfort. Special thanks to Craig (Billy) MacRitchie for his amazing piping in such sad circumstances and to Rachel for all your arrangements, you both did her proud. We would also like to thank neighbours Iain Macillechiar and Heather Smith for all your help and your wonderful poem. To all players of Lovat Shinty Club, past and present, who provided a fitting guard of honour at Balgate Park, Mary Ann would have been so proud of you all. Thanks also to Rev. Ian Manson for his lovely service and to Ian Morrison for his wonderful tribute to Mary Ann. Thank You to all who came to pay their last respects from near and far at the funeral home, Balgate Park and the burial ground. Special mention to all staff at William T. Fraser & Son, Funeral Directors, Culduthel Road, for their outstanding service and compassion, especially Emily and Kerry. The amount of £2,500.00 was collected for Mary Ann's beloved Lovat Shinty Club.
