Content and Commercial Editor

John Davidson is a content editor covering our north Highland patch including the John O'Groat Journal, Caithness Courier and Northern Times titles. He is also responsible for commercial editorial content across the company, contributes to other titles including the Inverness Courier and also looks after the regular Active Outdoors features which he instigated in 2008. John has over 20 years' experience in the industry, and has worked across news, features and sport as well as having expertise in the production of print and digital products. He joined the company in 2007 as a sub-editor, later becoming production editor and then editorial services manager before taking up his current role.
