TERRY Butcher has wasted little time in signing up three players whose contracts were expiring in the aftermath of Caley Thistle's promotion to the Scottish Premier League.
The present deals for Richie Foran, Lee Cox and Eric Odhiambo were due to run out at the end of the current campaign, but Inverness manager Butcher has moved quickly to tempt them to stay at the Division One champions.
Foran (29), who has scored 16 goals in 40 appearances this season, has signed a new two-year deal with midfielder Cox (19) also agreeing a similar length of contract.
Twenty-year-old forward Odhiambo, who has managed to score five times in 23 appearances, has put pen to paper for another year.
"All three lads were out of contract at the end of the season, so I'm extremely pleased they have committed themselves for our return to the SPL," said Butcher. "It's a flying start to my plans for next season and I'll be speaking to other players very soon.
"It's a highly encouraging way to go in to our final game with Dundee at Inverness on Saturday."
