Inverness Tang Soo Do picked up a huge medal haul when their squad competed at the British Championships in Newcastle.

The team of seven athletes won a total of 18 medals in a superb all round performance last weekend.

Among the gold medal winners included Rowen Anderson in sparring and Arwen Boyd in the Coloured Belts Open Weapons section.
