A NEW kids' club has been launched by Caley Thistle with the aim of making young supporters feel more involved with what is happening at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium.

The initiative is for children aged three and above and entitles members to a free gift, a membership card, priority placement for all community courses, 10 per cent discount on official club shop merchandise, a quarterly newsletter, a year-long membership of the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre, an invite to an exclusive party and a Christmas card signed by the players. As well as all this, children who sign up will also be entered into the monthly mascot draw, giving them the chance to lead the team out on to the field before kick-off. "Our young supporters are our future and taking care of their interests at such a young age is very important," said manager Craig Brewster. "I hope they enjoy the opportunities given and just have fun with it." The new kids' club will be sponsored by the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre, who are providing Nessie as Caley Thistle's new mascot and the face for the scheme.
"It is a great platform for our junior supporters to be part of the club and I would encourage all young supporters to get involved," said Robbie Bremner, the managing director of the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre, which is based in Drumnadrochit. It will cost £25 for a yearly membership to the kids' club, although Caley Thistle do have an early bird offer available, with anyone applying for membership before 15th April being charged only £20. For more information, contact Laura Donaldson at Caley Thistle on (01463) 222880 (option 5), or visit the club's website for an application form which is available to download. Related articles: |
