Susan Breen, a former Culloden Academy and Cradlehall Primary School pupil, graduated BSc (Hons) in Microbiology with Industrial Placement at Aberdeen University. Susan (23), of Westhill, Inverness, spent a year in Switzerland carrying out research work with leading pharmaceutical company Novartis as part of her studies. Later this year she is to begin further studies for a PhD with the Scottish Crop Research Institute and University of Dundee.
