BRITPOP veterans Dodgy will be visiting Inverness in May as they mark their first album release in 11 years.

In their initial seven years together the trio sold over a million records worldwide, released three albums and enjoyed 12 Top 40 singles before deciding to go their separate ways.

Brought together by a funeral four years ago, Nigel Clark, Andy Miller and Mathew Priest followed a successful reunion tour and festival appearances by embarking on writing and recording new material.

New release "Stand Upright In A Cool Place" has already been previewed with a short tour, but a main UK tour gets underway this spring and includes a visit to The Ironworks, Academy Street, Inverness on Friday 11th May 11th.

Tickets for the show go on sale from Friday 3rd February at 10am.

Also on sale from Friday are tickets for the May weekender dance show featuring Funk D’Void and Silicone Soul on Saturday 5th May.
