Orion extend ICT shirt sponsorship

by Graham Linton

THE Orion Group has agreed to extend its shirt sponsorship deal with Caley Thistle in a one-year deal worth a five-figure sum to Inverness.

The company, which has its headquarters in the Highland Capital, have been sponsors of Caley Thistle since they returned to the Scottish Premier League in 2010.

That two-year tie in was due to expire at the end of the season, but following talks it has been agreed that the Orion Group will continue their association with the club.

“This is an exciting deal and one which is sure to be welcomed by our loyal supporters," said Caley Thistle's executive chairman Kenny Cameron.

"The Orion Group has a staunch connection of support for the team and the relationship continues to strengthen.

"The company and its employees have supported the team week in, week out and this is very much appreciated by us all at the club."
