THIS Valentine's Day the Scottish SPCA is hoping that a home will be found for two cats who fell in love at the Inverness Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

George and Spook didn't arrive at the centre together however love quickly blossomed for the feline duo.

Centre manager Elaine Floyd is hopeful that the romantic holiday will be enough to convince someone to adopt the inseperable pair.

“Spook and George didn’t arrive together however they fell in love as soon as their eyes met and are now inseparable," she said.

“George is a very outgoing and friendly boy who looks out for Spook as she can be a bit shy. They do say opposites attract!

“They would suit a quiet, peaceful home where they are the only cats in the household as this will allow Spook to gain some confidence and trust with her new owner and surroundings.”

“We are hoping that love truly is in the air this Valentine’s Day and someone will give this gorgeous couple the loving home they deserve.”

Anyone who can offer a loving home is being asked to contact the Scottish SPCA’s centre in Inverness on 03000 999 999.
