The chance to win some big prizes at The Inverness Courier’s Cuppa For Kids event will be revealed tomorrow.
They include two return flights out of Inverness Airport while would-be sleuths have the chance to win tickets for murder mystery events in the city. More details will be revealed in tomorrow’s edition of The Inverness Courier.
The Courier is inviting the public to drop in for a cup of tea or coffee and refreshments at the event being hosted by the Royal Highland Hotel in Station Square on Saturday 3rd September between 11am and 3pm.
It will take place in the Wallace Room and will also feature live music, including the Inverness Festivals Band, and a cake stall.
Admission is free but all donations will go to the Raigmore Children’s Ward Appeal, launched by the ARCHIE Foundation in conjunction with the Courier.
Don’t forget, you can hold your own Cuppa For Kids between 3rd and 10th September.
All the outlets in the Drumnadrochit-based Cobbs group are holding a Free Cake Day on Thursday 8th September. They will provide cake for customers buying a cup of tea or coffee and invite them to make a donation to the appeal.
Organisations can also get involved - perhaps by by selling homebaking or organising a coffee morning.
